Prior to joining Talexes, Al served as president for Profiles International. Al is a sought after keynote speaker and trainer. Over the course of his career, he has trained thousands in sales techniques, marketing, leadership and planning. He developed and served as program leader/ presenter for an accredited course for the National Association of Extended Healthcare Administrators.

Lauren graduated Texas State University with a degree in Creative Writing. This experience has translated beautifully into her role as Director of Creative Services.
