Employee assessment company seeks to educate local managers about best hiring practices
Waco, TX (September 13th, 2016) – Talexes, a leading employee assessment company, is pleased to announce the continuation of their seminar Hire the Best – Skip the Rest. This educational seminar is intended to help organizations streamline and optimize their hiring process utilizing the Talexes Innovative Hiring System. The event will be held at the Waco Chamber of Commerce, and will attract a number of professionals from around the Waco area. Talexes hopes to continue its mission to educate organizations and their hiring managers with the use of this seminar.
Hire the Best – Skip the Rest is a purely educational seminar that is intended to help organizations perfect their hiring processes. In the seminar, attendees will have the opportunity to learn a variety of innovative techniques, including how to tailor their processes to hiring Millennials. This seminar focuses on the pitfalls of hiring and how to effectively avoid them in the future to cultivate efficient, impactful hiring.
The seminar will be held on September 20th, 2016 in the Cooper Room of the Waco Chamber of Commerce, and will last approximately 90 minutes. Talexes understands today’s professionals have hectic schedules, and as such gives attendees the choice of a 10:15am or 3:00pm session.
