Joe is passionate about putting the talent back into talent management. The talent management space has evolved into a world of technology wars, leaving behind the most important focus – people. Joe is driven to use a high-tech, but more importantly, high-touch approach in the world we call talent management. A fresh approach is required to meet the demands of a workforce ranging from Baby Boomers to Millennials.
